Sound Artist, producer and songwriter Samuele Cima creates introspective, suspended and delicate experimental music as Cyma (Cymatics, from Ancient Greek: κῦμα, romanized: kyma, lit. 'wave', is a theory that attempts to demonstrate a morphogenetic effect of sound waves). Cyma makes experimentation his trademark; with a wide background in cultural music that goes from contemporary jazz to choral music and with particular care to sound design, Cyma’s poetics is to constantly search for interesting sounds, outside the borders, in a fluidity of genres.
